Hours, Parking & Reservations
Open Mon–Thu 12–9 PM, Fri 12–10 PM, Sat 11 AM–10 PM, Sun 11 AM–9 PM; Happy Hour Mon–Fri 2–5 PM. South Port Garage offers one complimentary hour; Hyatt valet is $10 flat. Free boat moorage for three hours is available at our private docks.
Private Rooms & Full Buyouts
Five rooms — each named for a Vietnamese city — accommodate intimate gatherings up to full buyouts for 441 guests. A deposit secures your date; contact our events team for cancellation policies by event size.
Catering & Off-Site Events
Full-service catering begins at a $2,000 food-and-beverage minimum, exclusive of taxes, staffing, and rentals. Events of 50 or more guests require a deposit 95 days out; smaller events, 14 days out.
Royal Tier Membership
Members receive 20% off food, 50% off drinks, access to a hidden menu, priority seating, and invitations to exclusive events — all for $100 per month. Points accrue through Chowbus with every visit.
